Wind Tunnel Testing - Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub

A selection of Impsport T3 race wear is now available in the equipment room of Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub - ready to be tested in the wind tunnel. You can try out a range of kit including saddles, wheels and helmets, plus the latest Impsport T3 Aero and Aero+ Overshoes. This is a great way of testing your setup and directly comparing the products available on the market.

T3.2 Racesuit - The T3.2 Racesuit offers minimal panel construction technology for a reduction in seams, enhancing aerodynamic stability, comfort and speed through the air. This garment is specifically patterned for the upright position of sprint events to maximise gains in these disciplines.

T3.1 TT Suit - The Impsport T3 Collection comprises of the latest in state of the art garment technologies combined with wind tunnel tested fabrics and patterns to create the fastest garments available in the UK custom market. This garment is specifically patterned for the low-pro position of TT and pursuit events to maximise gains in these disciplines.

T3 Aero Overshoes - Designed for maximum aerodynamic shape, the T3 Aero Overshoe has been extensively wind tunnel tested for optimum speed gains. Our unique trip seam transition system reduces drag with savings of 10+ watts in world competition. Want to go even faster? Our custom fit service is included. Book an appointment at our Lincoln HQ or contact us for a remote fitting session, and we’ll create a bespoke pattern for your individual overshoes to further maximise your gains and ensure UCI regulation compliance.

T3 Aero+ Overshoes - Designed for PBs and racing where UCI sock & overshoe regulations don't apply - the extra height in the T3 Aero+ Overshoe amplifies the streamline shape making them ideal for smashing Time Trial course records. The unique trip seam transition system reduces drag with savings of up to 10 Watts at 50km/h over tested competitor garments.
