QDO YOU CHARGE FOR EXTRA COLOURS?
No we don’t. All our custom design garments are manufactured using modern sublimated printing methods meaning you can have as many colours as you want.
QCAN YOU COPY MY DESIGN FROM AN EXISTING SUPPLIER?
Yes. If you’re moving to us from another supplier then we can copy that design. We can also work from your previous suppliers artwork. For colour matching purposes we recommend that you send your existing kit into us so that we can match colour perfectly. Please note that our patterns might differ to your previous suppliers so the design may have to be altered slightly.
QHOW DO I SUPPLY MY ARTWORK?
The greater the quality of the logos and designs that you supply, the greater the accuracy in the artwork our Design Team can produce. Artwork approved in a timely manner ensures your order is moved forward into production inline with our schedule. Please refer to our CUSTOM ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS page for more information.
QWHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PLACE AN ORDER?
At Impsport we aim to make the process of ordering your kit as simple and straightforward as possible. Whether your ordering a one-off piece for yourself or in charge of ordering hundreds of pieces for a large team or event, the process is always the same. Please refer to our HOW TO ORDER page for more information.
QIS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order quantity is one! Yes, really. You don’t have to order in bulk, although there are great savings to be made if you do. Please refer to our CUSTOM CLOTHING PRICE LIST for more information.
QHOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO MANUFACTURE?
Please refer to our HOW TO ORDER page that includes information on our current lead time.
QHOW DO YOUR SIZES COMPARE TO OTHER MANUFACTURERS?
Please use our SIZING CHARTS for the actual dimensions and specifications of our garments. Many of our garments are race fit to aid performance so need to fit well. Remember, we can send you size samples if required.
QCAN WE EXCHANGE CUSTOM CLOTHING?
Sorry, no. Custom clothing is made to order and as a result can not be exchanged.
QWHEN WILL I SEE MY ARTWORK?
Once your order has been placed and paid for our Artroom Team will get busy creating your artwork. As a general rule we aim to have your first artwork proof back to you within 5 working days from when the order is confirmed. If you wish to make amendments at this point these will be completed within 2 working days from confirmation of the amendments.
QHOW DO I APPLY FOR A CREDIT ACCOUNT?
For customers wishing to apply for a credit account this can be done by completing and returning our Credit Application Form to firstname.lastname@example.org. QARE YOUR GARMENTS AVAILABLE IN LADIES AND CHILDREN’S SIZES?
The majority of our garments are available in Men's, Ladies and Children's sizes. Where an item is gender specific we produce a male and female version for our customers. Some products are unisex and are stipulated as such. We have developed a children specific range call our Protege Range as well as supplying Children’s sizes across our core product range.
