Artwork Information - Custom Sportswear

We sell to clubs and teams interested in top of the line custom technical clothing. We offer the widest range of custom garments and items normally reserved for professional teams, there No Extra Charge For Different Fronts & Backs 

Low Minimums
There is NO minimum order however a total of 12 main pieces will avoid a 'small order' surcharge. For example, 10 jerseys and 2 shorts is an acceptable.

Design & Origination

Full Colour Proof
Before production begins we will send you an email with a full colour proof of your design. Let us know what you think of the design and if you want to make any changes. Only when you are completely satisfied will we begin production. Sit back and relax knowing we are making exactly what you ordered.

Low Set-up Charges
Our set-up charges are only £35 per colour (white is free). There are no hidden charges and there is no extra charge for designs with different front and back artwork. This is a once only payment providing the design does not change subsequent orders will not incur any further charge. Sublimation printing is used on all our clothing where appropriate and gives a wash and stretch proof print, allowing for complex designs and exceptionally good colours.

Men and Women Sizes
We offer men's and women's sizes so the clothing fits everyone.

Design Tips
Artwork cannot cross seams. For example, if you wanted a stripe design that went from the sleeve to the main body we could not line up the stripe perfectly on all the different sizes. Very fine lines will not print well. Lines should be larger than 2mm and type larger than 6mm. Stay away from complicated fades and half-tones. Remember, printing on fabric and printing on paper are totally different. Fades printed at a high dpi tend to bleed.

Artwork Sizing
All logos remain the same size on all pieces. This means that all your logos must be sized to fit the smallest garment in your order. This is very important if you are ordering skinsuits.

Digital Artwork
If you are submitting digital artwork we accept files in Adobe Illustrator in an IBM format. Files can be submitted on ZIP disks, CD's or 3.5" floppy disks. All artwork must be converted to vector images that can be trapped

Colours
Refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS) colour chart for exact colour numbers or send colour samples we can match from. There is no additional charge for PMS colours or colour matching. Be aware that although sublimation printing is precise, slight variations sometimes occur. Colour shades can also vary between different fabrics.

Garment Pricing
The price of each individual item is then as per the details on the individual pages dependant on the number of colours in the design.

If you prefer, please send a coloured sketch of your design attached to an email or in the post and a written quotation will be supplied.

£35.00 per colour (excluding white)  

Discounts Available On Team Clothing Orders

Club and team cycling clothing orders will recieve a prompt payment discount of:

• 10% for an order value over £750 (before VAT)
• 12.5% for an order value over £1500 (before VAT)
• 15% for an order value over £2500 (before VAT)

A deposit of 25% of the order value should be sent with the order.
The balance due must be paid within one month of the invoice date for any discount to be valid.
Impsport reserves the right to request payment on pro-forma invoice for non account customers.

Minimum Order Quantities
All prices shown (except Mail Order range) for cycling clothing are based on an order of 12 or more total main garments. These can be of mixed sizes and mixed garments providing the design remains the same. For orders totalling less than 12 garments the following surcharges apply.

• 6 to 11 garments - add 10%
• Less than 6 garments - add 20%

A £3 per item surcharge also applies for garments made to non-standard sizes.
